Maxine comes with 10+ years of experience in recruiting, employee engagement, career development & coaching, and talent management & development, as well as HR broadly. The first phase of her career was driven by guiding people to/through the next step of their careers and lives -- connecting with students, candidates, and employees to design and implement people-centered programs and processes, and building a reputation as a curious strategist who’s willing to roll up her sleeves to solve problems. The current phase of her career is guiding employees, leaders, and companies -- most notably, stepping into the role as Jopwell’s Director of People & Culture, where she led strategy development, iteration, and execution of all People & Culture programs and initiatives as the company underwent intense changes. In this role, she gained the trust of and collaborated with the company's most senior leaders, provided an employee-centered perspective, and brought transparency and enthusiasm in her work to improve the lives and careers of Jopwell employees. For the next step of her career, she is seeking an opportunity to leverage her deep knowledge in people, talent, and culture to work alongside a dynamic CEO or Chief People Officer in efforts to build an incredible place to work.
