How I can help:
Over the last decade, I have developed a reputation for being an incisive strategic and analytical thinker, with a natural ability to rapidly bring systematic order to chaos.
My operational expertise makes me uniquely qualified to help organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies to address complex business needs – whether that means using data to improve cross-functional performance, developing sophisticated forecasting models to drive decision making, implementing tech-enabled systems to improving cross-functional performance, or launching operations in a new market.
I’m best equipped to help organizations that require effective leadership to quickly and effectively:
My experience - 30,000 ft. view:
As a former Strategy & Management Consultant at Bain & Company, I worked with clients across private equity, tech manufacturing, biotech, hospitality, and non-profits to develop GTM strategies, make M&A decisions, drive organizational transformations, and optimize profitability.
After Bain, I was on the leadership team at a variety of start-ups. I was a General Manager at a FinTech start-up, leading a $40M P&L for the US sector of the business through our IPO, and then joined an EdTech start-up to manage their largest business line. In these roles, I led cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, operations, finance, and product to drive growth and profitability.
My interests:
Across both my professional and personal experiences, I’ve been drawn towards organizations that enable individuals to become self-sufficient. As a result, I’ve become passionate about education, financial access, and healthcare organizations.
When I’m not working, you can find me going into rabbit holes about random nutrition-related topics, taking a pilates class, meditating, or exploring new restaurants with family and friends!
