Lydia Pyatt 20+ years in the financial services industry I enjoy helping people and connecting the dots to help them succeed on their financial journey. However, recently I am more interested in helping close the financial gap black communities because for my research and experience they are the most underserved. Between the pandemic, layoff, and other personal issues. I found myself in uncharted territory I haven't had to post or formally interview for a job in a few years and the current job market is very different. Additionally, I am using this transitional period to create my own company, learn and enhance my skills through volunteering, consulting, and project work.
