I’ve spent the last 10 years building new ventures focused on loyalty, first as founder of my own strategic management consultancy building and optimizing loyalty programmes, and then in scaling a loyalty-tech startup from 40 to 200, followed by launching Singapore’s newest and largest loyalty coalition backed by Temasek and DFI Retail Group. I've worked across industries from luxury retail to airlines, geographies from Leicester to Bangkok, and been involved from initial greenfield strategy conversations to full-scale product launches and long-term program and client management.
Now, I work with or at the C-level to lead teams towards a vision and create a strong, comfortable culture. My passion lies at the intersection of loyalty, customer experience, and growth strategy, and I work as a player-coach to make sure our teams grow professionally and personally beyond the business objectives. I believe strongly in the non-financial returns an enterprise creates, whether it's a sustainable enterprise or solving a real problem for the customer.
Recently, I’ve started working with more startups as an advisor on starting up, scaling, and partnering for growth. The rest of my time is spent with family, books, trail running or travel hacking.
