Mitchelle is a lifetime member of the National Society of Black Engineers, beginning her journey in the organization as a NSBE Jr scholar in High School. This proud Milwaukee native attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison earning her bachelor and master of science in Industrial and Systems Engineering. She began her career in a leadership rotational program that exposed her to different aspects of supply chain including manufacturing, product launch and managerial supervision as well as parts of the country. She has gained an extensive experience and leaned into Project management and program development in the last five years. Over the following decade, she’d gone on to lead in various roles within Supply Chain. She values expertise and obtained a number of certifications including Project Management, Green Belt - 6 Sigma and Certified Planning and Inventory Management and Teaching English as a Second Language. She currently works as a Programs and Operations Lead in IT while creating and building her own ventures.
