I have always been inspired by people who had the knowledge and ability to make a difference in the world. As a first-generation college graduate completed a degree in Recreational Therapy. The goal that I had set for myself changed drastically and began to grow in a new direction when I was exposed to how technology can enrich lives in innovative ways at Apple. What I was now doing at Apple was assessing, diagnosing, and improving the customer experience through root cause analysis, which I had already foundationally learned while completing my degree. It was through my experiences working in tech that I found myself wanting to learn more about the technologies utilized to solve and create efficient products.
